Balinda Lovina Villas – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Balinda Lovina Villas. We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. By making a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made directly through our website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or authorized online travel agencies.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once payment or a deposit (if applicable) has been received and a confirmation has been issued.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information when making a booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the booking rate.
- We accept cash and major payment methods as advised during booking.
- Any outstanding balance must be settled upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be charged the cost of the first night’s stay.
- No-shows and early departures may be charged the full booking amount.
- Refund processing times depend on the original payment method.
5. Children Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children under 6 years old sharing existing bedding with parents stay free of charge.
- Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
6. Occupancy
Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests not included in the reservation may be subject to extra charges or may not be permitted if occupancy limits are exceeded.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels.
- Keep the villa and its furnishings in good condition.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the property.
Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse.
8. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs indoors.
9. Pets
Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.
10. Swimming Pool
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- No lifeguard is on duty.
- Please avoid running or diving in the pool area.
11. Personal Belongings
Balinda Lovina Villas is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables during their stay.
12. Force Majeure
Balinda Lovina Villas shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
13. Privacy
Guest information is collected solely for reservation management, legal compliance, and service improvement. Personal information will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund if guests engage in illegal activities, violent behavior, excessive disturbance, or actions that threaten the safety, comfort, or property of other guests or staff.
